Terra completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, and her Masters and PhD from the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Alberta. Terra's research examines psychosocial factors that influence initiation and maintenance of health behaviours, specifically physical activity and exercise. Terra is the former Program Director of the Master of Health Studies and Master of Nursing Generalist program and currently supports students and faculty as Associate Dean, Teaching & Learning. Terra balances work and life in Treaty 6 Territory (Edmonton, AB) with her family.
