Jessica Kaiser has been part of the Faculty of Health Disciplines since 2016. She started as a sessional clinical instructor before moving to a faculty role with a focus on clinical practicums in the LPN-BN Bachelor of Nursing program.

Jessica is passionate about all aspects of nursing and brings a wealth of experience to the Faculty. She draws from her experience in diverse healthcare settings such as acute care, emergency and urgent care, ICU, and northern remote community health nursing. Jessica is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She aims to bring this commitment to nursing academia by fostering critical thinking and clinical judgment in students. She strives to support students and clinical instructors when navigating complex clinical situations and prepare them for the dynamic, fulfilling world of nursing.
