Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2020

What is the Cybersecurity Awareness Month?

Around the world, October typically marks Cybersecurity Awareness Month (CAM), an internationally recognized campaign to encourage everyone to learn about how to protect themselves online. In Canada, this campaign is focused on helping Canadians be more secure online.

At AU, we seek to help the university community understand and be better informed about the cybersecurity threats that they may face, and provide simple steps to take to protect AU, themselves, and their families.

During the month of October, AU will provide practical tips on how to protect your digital assets (identity, personal and financial information, digital accounts, devices, and networks) using secure authentication methods.

Weekly themes for communication
