Shauna Babiuk

After earning her BA in psychology and sociology at the University of Alberta, Shauna accidentally became an editor when she took a six-week gig in the ’80s that turned into a lifetime profession. She’s never looked back!

Shauna joined the Faculty of Science and Technology in 2018 and has served as Course Development and Production team lead since 2021. She firmly believes in the power of collaboration, where each team member brings their skills and expertise to the table to provide students with the best possible learning experience.

Shauna is the first to admit she doesn’t know everything, but she takes pride in knowing how to sleuth out what’s needed.
