Rebecca Topping

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Communication Studies at MacEwan University, where she honed her editing skills and found a passion for academia. She furthered her education at the University of Alberta where she is completing her MA in digital humanities. After working in the professional world as a technical writer for heavy machinery and mining companies, Rebecca joined the Faculty of Science and Technology as a Course Production Coordinator in 2024.

You can distract Rebecca with talk about video games, trivia, and crafts, but be prepared for meetings to go long. And if there’s something to be learned, Rebecca will be the first to volunteer to do some extra research.
