- Student Life
Attending Athabasca University is unlike attending any other university as you do not find traditional classrooms, lecture halls, or other traditional facilities commonly found in "brick and mortar" schools. In many cases, students and faculty members rarely see each other face-to-face until convocation. To that end, we have created this section of our website to help bridge the “distance” factor many students experience. Our aim is to provide you the resources, links, and hopefully, the "human element" to make you feel part of a community of real students and real faculty that make up our university. - Research and Writing
