Peter Pagano

Currently, I am in private practice specializing in legislative drafting.

From 1980 to 2019, I was the Chief Legislative Counsel for the Province of Alberta. The Legislative Counsel Office is responsible for drafting government bills, regulations and Orders in Council.

Prior to joining the Alberta Government, I was a legislative solicitor in the Justice Department in New Brunswick.

From 2001 to 2009 I was a sessional lecturer at the University of Alberta Law School.
