Dr. Mickey Vallee seeks out creative interdisciplinary collaborations between the humanities, the sciences, and the social sciences to build methodological innovations that make pathways to hope. Human-focused, animal-focused, and planet-focused, these interdisciplinary experiments are intended to widen our sense of community and belonging.
Responding to contemporary social problems around the anxieties and uncertainties of our collective futures, he uses sense based media, especially sound, to build compositional collectives that are intended to focus attention on a stronger and more sustainable present.
