James Dalmau

My current role is Principal Parliamentary Counsel (Criminal Law Advisor) for the Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel in the Australian State of Victoria. I have been drafting legislation since 2009. During my drafter career, I have completed a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne, published a small number of articles, spoken at conferences, and contributed to a feminist legislation project run by Monash University.
