Holly boasts wide-ranging experiences in the educational, organizational development and non-profit sectors.
She has contributed with enthusiasm and commitment to every organization she has worked or volunteered for – particularly in the areas of leadership, organizational management and communication.
Community minded, Holly has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Windsor Public Library, steward for the Pelee Island Bird Observatory and volunteer for the Riverside Rangers travel hockey program.
In her spare time, Holly is devoted to her family and currently developing a community garden, reading widely, entertaining a Maltese puppy and planning trips ranging from local camping to exploring Paris and Greece.
Research interests
Current research interests include innovation in the non-profit sector, conscientious organizational disruption, emergent strategy and AI/Chat.
