My doctorate is in educational leadership (SFU), with a focus on critical theory. I also hold a master's in distance education from AU, a master's in theological studies and a bachelor's in business administration. I worked in ed administration for a number of years, from dept head to dean to VP Academic and Students. at Yukon University, In addition to critical pedagogy, I have a strong interest in Indigenization and reconciliation. In addition to teaching, I do consulting work with non-profits in board development, governance and strategic planning and serve on a public tribunal.
