Brian Greer

I was the Chief Legislative Counsel for the Province of British Columbia for 17 years. The Legislative Counsel Office is responsible for drafting government bills, regulations, and Orders in Council.

Prior to joining the British Columbia Government, I was an assistant chief legislative counsel for the Province of Alberta.

I retired from the British Columbia legislative counsel office in 2012 and since then have been active as a part time legislative consultant. My recent contracts have been with the Uniform Law Conference of Canada, the British Columbia Ministry of Justice and the Canadian Bar Association.
