Dr. Amanda Baldwin

I live in a tiny community in rural Saskatchewan (with my partner and our 4-year-old child). In addition to being a tutor for Athabasca University, I have a private counselling practice in Humboldt, SK. I practice Feminist and Narrative therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy and have spent time recently learning about Somatic Experiencing and doing specific work with folks who experience dissociation. I also teach the occasional face-to-face course for the University of Saskatchewan.
