I have always embraced change, creating new challenges to realize my full potential. This is what has propelled me to continuously explore new horizons, literally and figuratively. I have worked, studied, and taught in Canada, the United States, and Europe. As an executive and a scholar, my first hand international experience has given me a thorough understanding of global, organizational challenges.

Throughout my journey, I have developed and applied valuable insights for managing diversity and change. I consider inclusive leadership as the basis for every strategic and operational aspect of a business. I excel in identifying performance gaps, and coaching leaders and their teams to create inclusive workplaces for growth and sustainable results. I have over 25 years of combined experience in developing leaders in Canada and abroad.
