I have worked within a student service role at AU since 1989, starting in frontline positions and landing in a Student Support Manager role for the last 28 years with the Faculty of Business. I have been very fortunate to grow within the student support area, finding new and innovative ways to engage and support our students in their personal and academic journeys. I’ve worked on a number of cross functional teams and have managed a number of technology projects over the years both with the Faculty of Business but also with IT and other AU departments. I currently manage the staff and their processes within the graduate and undergraduate student support, advising and enrolment teams.
