The Vice President, Finance and Administration (VPFA) is also the Chief Financial Officer for Athabasca University. Working with a team of directors and managers the VPFA provides administrative leadership in financial services, capital project management, facilities operations, risk management services, financial planning and budgeting, legal affairs and procurement and contract management.

The VPFA works with the President and other members of the Executive Group to ensure that all financial and physical resources are effectively utilized.
