Maintenance to the MuchLearning exam platform Tuesday, March 25, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Mountain) will disrupt many Athabasca University exams

Athabasca University students, staff, and invigilators will not be able to access the MuchLearning exam platform Tuesday, March 25, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Mountain).

The outage, which is needed for system updates, will prevent any students from writing exams that use the MuchLearning platform. All exams being actively written must be completed and submitted, and students must be logged out of the MuchLearning system, before the start of this outage.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Students scheduled to take exams during this outage will need to reschedule if their exam uses MuchLearning. You can confirm if your exam uses the MuchLearning platform by checking the exam information after logging in to your course through MyAU. AU exams that do not use MuchLearning will not be affected.

If your exam will be, or has been, disrupted as a result of this outage, please contact the Examination Services Unit at examunit@athabascau.ca to discuss how to reschedule your exam. We will support students in making alternate arrangements to complete their exams.
