Submission of materials

Please submit materials to the COVID-19 Archive by using this form. If two or more people contributed to a submission, please include everyone’s names and contact information on the form.

By filling out the form, you will be accepting our Terms and Conditions.

A wide variety of file formats can be submitted including photographs (.jpg, .png, .tiff), videos (.mp4, .mov), audio (.mp3, .wav), text (.txt, .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .csv) and others. If you are unsure if the format of your submission is acceptable, please contact us at archives@athabascau.ca for assistance.

Submissions can include:

• Photographs
• Artwork
• Audio or video recordings
• Blog posts or journal entries
• Poetry, essays, or short stories
• Screenshots, memes, or gifs
• Oral histories
• Social media posts

You can also participate by taking a few minutes to fill out our COVID-19 Experience Survey.

Submissions will take some time to preserve and make available by Thomas A. Edge Archives & Special Collections staff. In the meantime, please email archives@athabascau.ca if you have any questions or comments about this project.
