At the Write Site, we support and encourage writers to develop confidence in their academic communication skills.
Welcome to the Write Site!
The Write Site’s services are here to support you to develop confidence as an academic writer. With support from the Write Site’s writing coaches, you can learn about and improve on your writing goals. Coaching is about learning over time, and is not about making one assignment perfect.
- Have a quick question about writing? You can email us or book a 15-minute appointment.
- Have a draft of a paper? Identify your writing goal, then submit your assignment to the Write Site dropbox for written feedback.
- Stuck, or need help getting started on your assignment? Email us to request a 30-minute appointment.
- Want to learn more about APA, research, or the writing process? Attend a webinar or check out our lessons and videos.
- Not sure if you’re ready for university-level writing? Assess your writing and language skills.
Please do not book an appointment and submit to the dropbox at the same time. If you have a finished draft, we ask that you use the dropbox instead of booking an appointment.

Who are we?
The Write Site writing coaches are a team of full-time faculty members with graduate degrees in Creative Writing, Cultural Studies and Critical Theory, English, English Education, English as an Additional Language, and Literary Studies. We are here to support your writing goals.
