Overview
HRMT 300 is a three-credit course for senior undergraduate students. It examines the practice and theory of human resource planning in Canadian workplaces. Students will develop a general understanding of human resource planning, and use common techniques to work through case studies.

Evaluation
To receive credit for HRMT 300, you must complete and submit all six assignments, pass the final exam with a grade of at least 50 percent, and achieve a course composite grade of at least “D” (50 percent). The weighting of the composite grade is as follows:

The final examination for this course must be taken online with an AU-approved exam invigilator at an approved invigilation centre.
