Overview
CRJS 485: Police Management provides a broad understanding of the organizational behaviour theories and management competencies relevant to the criminal justice system, within the scope of law enforcement. In this course, you will learn the important components of organizational behaviour.
Evaluation
Your final grade in Criminal Justice 485: Police Management will be based on your performance on four discussion board posts (20%), four case studies (20%), two written assignments (30%), and a final research paper (30%).
To receive credit for the course, you must achieve a grade of at least 50% on each assignment and an overall course grade of at least 50%. The weighting of the composite grade is as follows:
