Overview
Computer Science 604: Enterprise Computer Networks is designed to provide you with systematic knowledge of computer networking; teach you advanced technologies for designing, implementing, managing enterprise-wide computer networks; and inspire you to explore the exciting domain of computer networking research.
This comprehensive course is divided into two parts: foundational knowledge and advanced research. It begins with fundamental concepts and theories, ensuring that even those with limited prior exposure to computer networks can grasp the essentials. You will gain the expertise needed to pass the CompTIA Network+ certification exam.
Additionally, this course serves as the cornerstone for numerous other courses, such as distributed computing and cloud computing. It not only examines both theoretical and technical issues, but also provides students with some real-world experience of enterprise-wide networking and network management.
